It is our distinct pleasure to welcome you to Palmyre (the “Little Palm” en Française). An escape without travel opening in the heart of Lafayette, we’ve mingled the sophistication of an upscale European cocktail lounge with the playfulness and hospitality of the South.

We invite you to take ease and collect stories with friends over some of the finest handmade cocktails the South has to offer. Designed by Oxford Provisions VP of Libations, Ray Ward, and Sommelier, Lauren Blanda, our offerings highlight both classic libations in addition to options for patrons with a more exploratory taste in beverages. From our curated list of French and American wines to the definitive modern classic cocktail, take flight to memories of travel and revel in the comfort of familiarity.

Between sips and anecdotes, delight in our worldly take on finger foods meant for sharing - caviar, charcuterie, and other light fare. And between bites, we’ll be reminded about how important it is to celebrate together.

Our space here is a loving collaboration with our dear friend and celebrated Nashville-based interior designer Lindsay Rhodes. We’ve hand-selected each piece, fixture, and texture to further inspire the spirit of conversation and connection. Additionally, celebrity stylist Lindsey Dupuis Bledsoe has joined the Palmyre team to create curated looks that speak to the lounge’s interiors and setting. The attire is “bleu de travail,” translated to “working blues”, and features items inspired by the chore jacket originally seen by railway workers in the late 1800s France.

Palmyre offers fancy but without the fuss, just like a night out should feel. Come be our guests.
